Othelia Mhlongo, Founder and Principal Consultant of 3 KNGS Consulting (Pty) Ltd, is
a highly experienced business transformation leader with over 20 years of expertise
in business architecture, process optimisation, quality management, and operational excellence.

Her career spans multiple sectors, including nuclear energy, water utilities, public revenue
services, banking, and insurance, where she has consistently delivered measurable
business value through strategic leadership and practical implementation.

Othelia has developed and implemented a Group-wide,
Quality Assurance Department, Strategy, and Framework, strengthening governance,
compliance, and operational consistency across various industries.

She directed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementations across multiple industries and business environments, achieving certification and embedding a culture of continuous
improvement. At the revenue collection services, she established the Business
Architecture Division, aligning processes and structures with strategic objectives to
improve organisational capability and execution.

Previously, she led Industrial and Process Engineering teams at 2 well-known banks, and managed large-scale transformation programmes across Africa, Integrating people, processes, and technology across multiple markets. Othelia holds an MBA, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and TOGAF-certified Business Architect, with additional qualifications in Business Analysis and Quality Management. Her leadership blends strategic insight with operational precision, helping
organisations achieve sustainable excellence.
